Who am I ?

I am Dewi, Crêpier for almost 10 years.

​

After training in a historic crêperie in Locronan, I launched my food truck in Quimper and its surroundings for a few years through festivals, campsites, markets, events of all kinds..

​

A desire to travel then made me go to work in pancakes around the world from Australia to the West Indies.

JI discovered there the pancake adapted to other cultures.

​

I then returned to France to open a creperie in Seignosse (in the Landes) in order to combine crepes and pleasure,  oui it is indeed the country of surfing!

​

Finally, I missed my Brittany and I came to open a brasserie/creperie in Finistère, two years passed and I chose to put an end to this adventure in order to access my new desires.

​

This desire for mobility brings me back to your events today with a more mature and professional approach to the profession acquired over the years.

The attachment to my job as a crepe maker has developed in me the desire to pass on this passion today through my training.

I am a Breton proud of his gastronomic heritage and I try every day to share it with those around me through joy and good humor.
